1. Agreement to These Terms
By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or purchasing products from Italika Bridal Studio, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Products and Services

All products are subject to availability.
3. Appointments & In-Store Fittings
3.1 Booking
Appointments may require a booking fee of $50.

Booking fees are non-refundable with less than 24 hours' notice.

Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice.
3.2 Attendance
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened appointment times.
We kindly ask brides to bring a limited number of guests (recommended 2 or 3).
3.3 Measurements & Fit
We rely on measurements taken during fittings. Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate information

Maintaining consistent sizing where possible
Weight fluctuations or body changes may affect final fit.
4. Orders & Payments
4.1 Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (where applicable).
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time prior to order confirmation.
4.2 Payment
As our gowns are sold off-the-rack, full payment is required at collection to secure your purchase.

4.3 Deposit
For our Heirloom Bags, a deposit of 50% is required to secure your order, with final payment at collection.
5. Alterations
Unless otherwise specified, alterations are not included in the gown price and will be charged separately. Alteration services will begin once full payment has been received. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for alterations performed by third-party seamstresses.
6. Returns & Refunds
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law contained in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
6.1 Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind on wedding dresses.
6.2 Faulty Products
We kindly invite you to carefully inspect your gown before leaving the boutique to ensure you are completely satisfied. Once a gown has left our premises, we are unable to accept returns or fault claims.
7. Shipping & Collection
7.1 Delivery
Shipping timeframes are estimates only.
Risk passes to you once the product is delivered to your nominated address.
8. Photography
We occasionally love to capture special moments during fittings and may ask for your permission to photograph your gown. Please be assured that any identifiable images will only ever be used with your written consent.
9. Website Use
You agree not to:

Interfere with website functionality

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as required under Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including supply chain disruptions, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
12. Privacy
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, prepared in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State or Territory in which our boutique operates.
